We are going to cut to the chase – you are not going to avoid paperwork, but fear not, it is not as bad as it might seem… don’t get discouraged right from the get-go! We will do our best to make the process as seamless and painless as it can get, that is why we have prepared a step-by-step manual that will explain everything.
STEP 1. CHECK OUT THE CURRENT EDUCATION CHALLENGES
go to the Competitiveness Database website: https://bazakonkurencyjnosci.funduszeeuropejskie.gov.pl/
enter “eduLAB Challenge” in the search engine on the home page
select the challenge you want to respond to
STEP 2. READ THE CHALLENGE
Carefully read the entire request for proposal and review the attachments. There, you will find – among other things – the terms and conditions, the idea sheet, as well as a description of the submitted challenge. You will learn the formal and legal criteria, as well as selection criteria.
STEP 3. PREPARE THE RELEVANT INFORMATION, FILL OUT FORMS
To submit an offer, fill out and include:
Offer Form (Appendix no. 1)
Offeror’s Declaration (Appendix no. 2)
Idea Sheet (Appendix no. 4)
Resumes of all team members
Remember to mark your consent to the processing of personal data and acceptance of Project Terms and Conditions in the Idea Sheet (see Appendix no. 5 to read the Terms and Conditions).
Increase your chances to be selected for the accelerator and review the Selection Criteria file (Appendix no. 7). Check out the details we are noticing while evaluating submitted offers and if you can, attach the additional documentation listed in the file.
Remember: All documents should be filled out, signed and scanned!
STEP 4. SUBMIT YOUR OFFER
You can submit an offer form in one of two ways:
1. Send us an e-mail with attachments (listed in Step 3) to kontakt@edulab.io. In the title of your message, please provide the number of the announcement – you will it on the main page of the announcement.
2. Send your application through the Competitiveness Database system – to learn more, check out the document entitled “Instrukcja Użytkownika Baza Konk. 2021” (Appendix no. 3 to the request for proposal)
Remember: Submit the offer form by the deadline – indicated in the Submission deadlines field
